Managed IT Services Sales Representative

Kalleo Technologies is seeking an experienced professional selling Managed IT Services to mid to large-sized organizations.

Candidate must be well-versed in the art of complex selling by utilizing proven solution/consultative selling methodologies and skill sets. This professional must be extremely proficient in prospecting, networking and relationship building throughout client organizations to include all C-level executives.

Sales Professional must be an assertive over-achiever with strong communications skills, consistent track record of increased sales, provide proof of a quota over-attainment, and an industry reputation for competence, professionalism, and integrity.

Required Skills/Competencies:

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years in selling consulting/ outsourcing information technology/ managed services to medium to large-sized clients
  • Closing average contract values of $.5M - $2M
  • Candidate must have sold services or consulting as primary sales
  • Technical Skill Set Selling: Outsourced IT Managed services, Hosting, Remote network monitoring, WAN/ LAN topologies, Network Device Design and Functionality, Managed
  • Security (firewall/ IDS), Network Security, IT Consulting, Data Networking, Outsourced
  • Application Management and Hosting
  • Familiar with and able to articulate the advantages of Managed IT Services, Business
  • Continuity, Application Hosting, Remote Management and Monitoring, IT Outsourcing
  • Should have completed a structured sales training program.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Sold managed IT services (80%) and consulting (20%) with and strong levels of business acumen and organizational modeling.
  • Successful track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas within an organization that sells managed IT solutions to mid to large enterprises, Minimum targets of $10K in monthly reoccurring revenue from new customers (not upsell, or account management)
  • Strong current network base
  • Excellent networking and account penetration skills
  • Ability to penetrate and leverage C-level contacts

Level 1 Systems Administrator - Paducah

Level 1 Technician Description

The Level 1 technician is the entry level support position. Level 1 technicians answer inbound phone service requests. The Level 1 technicians verify service eligibility, confirm customer information and document issue descriptions used to generate service tickets. The Level 1 technician also performs basic PC level troubleshooting and remediation. Level 1 technicians are given time and resources required for continued professional development and resulting advancement opportunities.

Please note: the individual filling this position must work from within our Paducah, Kentucky office.

Knowledge

Level 1 Technicians should have a basic understanding of computer networking fundamentals as well as basic PC hardware knowledge. Level 1 technicians should have solid written and oral communication skills.

Education

High School Diploma required. Additional IT related education desirable.

Experience

Practical, real-world experience is preferred, but not a requirement for this entry level position.

IT Systems Engineer - Paducah

Kalleo has an opening for an Information Technology Specialist, with an emphasis in Project Implementation.
 
Please note: The individual filling this position must work from within our Paducah, Kentucky office location.
 
The IT Specialist is responsible for working through project plans, independently or with other team members, to implement new hardware & software for clients.  The Project Engineer will asses current client infrastructure and prepare the equipment and software for implementation.  The Technician is also responsible for communicating and working with clients and vendors.   Project Engineer also travel to client sites to implement projects; overnight travel is often required.  This position is expected to travel between 15% & 50% of the time.  After project completion, the Project Engineer documents anything new or changes made to the client environment and then presents those to the Sustaining Services Team.  At times, the IT Specialist will fill the role of a Sales Engineer to assess current and potential client environments to make recommendation for improvement and standardization.
 
 
QUALIFICATIONS

Knowledge
Project Engineer should have a solid understanding of Virtualization technologies, Microsoft technologies and Active Directory Domain infrastructures, networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, Routing, Switching, etc.), basic Linux knowledge, software installation procedures, backup technologies, RAID configuration, scripting, and basic Internet technologies. The Project Engineer should also have an aptitude for standardization and automation.
 
Preferred Skills
Windows Server Administration, Linux Server Administration, Sales Engineer, Scripting.
 
Education
Minimum 2 year Associate degree with focus in Information Technology Fundamentals. Practical experience or Industry standard Certifications may be considered as equivalent.

Experience
The Project Engineer should have a minimum of 2+ years of experience as an IT staff member or support representative.

IT Specialist / Network Engineer - Paducah

The IT Specialist is responsible for working through project plans, independently or with team members, to develop standard processes and designs, and to implement and support customer networks. The Network Engineer will asses current client infrastructure, determine appropriate upgrades or modifications, and prepare new equipment and software for implementation. The Technician is also responsible for communicating and working directly with clients and vendors. The Network Engineer will travel to client sites for project implementations; overnight travel is often required. Travel requirements for this position are anticipated to be 2 - 10 days per month, frequently including weekends. During and after project completion, the Network Specialist documents changes made to the client environment and then briefs the Sustaining Services Team on changes to the production environment.

The IT Specialist will also provide escalated remediation support for networking related Sustaining Service issues.

Qualifications

Knowledge:

Network Engineer should have a solid understanding of networking troubleshooting, network fundamentals (TCP/IP, Routing, Switching, etc.), wireless technologies, Microsoft Windows Servers, scripting, and basic Linux knowledge. Specifically, they should have a strong working knowledge of Cisco firewalls, routers, & switches. The Network Engineer should also have an aptitude for standardization, automation, and strict attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

Cisco Certifications, Network Design, Network Administration, Network Troubleshooting, Network Monitoring, Project Management, Project Development.

Education:

Minimum 2 year associate degree with focus in Information Technology Fundamentals. Cisco or other Network Certifications, and/or extensive practical experience and abilities may be considered as equivalent.

Experience:

The Network Engineer should have a minimum of:- 1 year of experience as an IT staff member or support representative.- 1 year of full time Network Design and Administration.
