As more and more cases of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) continue to be reported across the country we have taken numerous proactive steps to ensure that our clients feel little to no impact with regards to the services we provide.
At Kalleo Technologies our standard business continuity plan includes on-demand telecommute capabilities. Our critical systems are housed in a secure data center, and Kalleo employees merely need a laptop/PC and internet connectivity to perform all of their job functions with geographic independence. We are constantly testing and improving upon these capabilities to ensure peak performance. In fact, our Help Desk Services team that provides services to our clients rotates technicians home for a day on a weekly basis to ensure telecommute readiness is maintained.
In addition to our standard practices mentioned above, our division managers have developed Coronavirus (COVID-19) specific operational plans nearly 2 weeks ago. These plans primarily center around communications and management oversight processes, as the telecommute infrastructure and processes pre-exist.
