Customers consent to receiving SMS messages containing 2FA codes they will provide to our technicians verbally.
These 2FA codes are used by our technicians to validate the customer’s identity before providing support or accessing sensitive information.
Customer names, email and phone numbers are used solely for the purpose of customer verification and are not shared with third parties.
