Kalleo is pleased to announce that technical support for end users is now available via online chat. There are several reasons we have expanded our support offerings to include online chat, but the driving force is our desire to provide the best support experience possible for our clients.
Chat support is available Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CST. To begin a chat session with Kalleo’s Help Desk, simply navigate to http://chat.kalleo.net and complete the form (shown below) to log your technical support need. During operating hours you will be connected directly to a technician who will review your ticket and address your need.
Kalleo’s online chat module eliminates the need for our clients to speak to a triage technician and wait in queue on the phone for an available technician. Users will no longer be tethered to the phone as they wait for a live technician to respond. Simply log your issue and continue working at your desk. The chat module will notify you of your estimated wait time and place in line. When it’s your turn to chat, an alert will appear on your desktop.
Clients are not required to use chat to log service requests. Tech support requests may still be made by phone at (270) 908-4136 option 2 or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
